These MLAs joined BJP today in Midnapore

These MLAs joined BJP today in Midnapore in the presence of Home Minister Amit Shah. Addressing the rally in Midnapore during this time, Suvendu Adhikari, who joined the BJP, said that the economic situation in West Bengal is in a very poor condition.

If the state is to be freed from this, it needs to be handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At the same time, while addressing the rally, Amit Shah attacked Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

He said that the solution to the problem of farmers, laborers, explosions is the government headed by PM Modi. We will win more than 200 seats in the state.
Amit Shah does not understand the reality of West Bengal politics. Mamta Banerjee will come to power for the third time. People believe him: Kalyan Banerjee, TMC

Senior Party Members are Leaving TMC

Senior party members are leaving TMC. Didi accused the BJP of blaming party members. But i want to ask them That when he left the Congress to form TMC, was it not flawed? this is just the begining. She will be left alone in the election.

Amit Shah said that you gave three decades to Congress, 27 years to Communists and 10 years to Mamata didi. Give the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) 5 years, we will make Bengal a 'Sonar Bangla'.

I would like to Remind him that in the Parliament Elections

The Home Minister said, some big leaders said that no one can defeat Trinamool in Bengal. I would like to remind him that in the Parliament elections he used to say that the account of BJP will not be opened. The BJP has won 18 seats under the chairmanship of our Dilip Ghosh and led by Modi ji.

PM Modi-led government solves the problem of farmers, laborers, explosions
Addressing the rally, he said, the solution to the problems of farmers in Bengal is the BJP government led by PM Modi.

Amit Shah said, "More than 300 BJP workers have lost their lives in Bengal, but we will not bow down." The more TMC attacks us, the more aggressively we move towards victory.

You Promised Development in Bengal

The Home Minister said, you promised development in Bengal. This never happened. Corruption increased, hooliganism increased. All the money sent during PM Aman by PM Modi went into the pocket of TMC goons.

Addressing the rally, Amit Shah said, “Good people from Congress, Trinamool, CPM under the leadership of Shubhendu Bhai have joined BJP today to work under the leadership of Narendra Modi.

The Home Minister said, I want to ask the youth of Bengal - what is your fault? Why was there no development in Bengal? I want to ask the farmers of Bengal - why PM Modi is not sending Rs 6,000 annually?

Home Minister Amit Shah Said

Addressing the rally, Home Minister Amit Shah said, Mamta Didi says that BJP is joining other people in its party. I want to remind him of his days in Congress.

People of Bengal are coming with BJP to change the situation in Bengal, so why is it worried? "Today, we have one MP, nine MLAs, a former minister, 15 Mos 15 counselors, 45 presidents and two presidents of the district panchayat with us in West Bengal."

Former Burdwan TMC MP Sunil Mandal and former MP Dasharath Tirkey joined BJP in Midnapore in presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Country's first mRNA vaccine gets human test approval, know everything related to it

There is good news about the vaccine being made for the corona virus. The Union Health Ministry has allowed the Pune-based Genova company to undergo human testing for its vaccines. It is the first such vaccine in the country that has been given such approval.

Such vaccines use messenger RNA

Explain that this vaccine has been developed based on the messenger-RNA i.e. mRNA technology. Such vaccines use messenger RNA, which tells the body what type of protein to make.

Prior to Jinova, the Pfizer and Moderna Company have completed human trials. Moderna's vaccine is said to be 94.5 percent effective and Pfizer's vaccine up to 90 percent effective. Both of these have also been developed using the basis of Vaccine Messenger-RNA.

The Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) has given conditional approval for the first and second phase clinical trials of India's first mRNA Kovid-19 Vaccine Candidate -HGCO19-. It is being manufactured by Genova Biopharmaceuticals.

Genova Biopharmaceuticals is a Pune-based firm working with HDT Biotech Corporation (USA) to develop the vaccine. Conditional approval for human testing was granted following the recommendation of the expert committee.

Vaccines of these Companies Will have to Wait

The committee of experts has said that the Serum Institute and Bharat Biotech will have to wait a little longer for the corona vaccine. They need to collect more data. While the third company Pfizer Company has asked for more time for its presentation.

The Subject Expert Committee (SEC) also held a meeting to allow the emergency use of the EUA. In the same meeting, the SEC has suggested the Serum Institute and Bharat Biotech to collect data before allowing for the emergency use of vaccines in India.

Daily practice of Kapalbhati Pranayama will provide relief in respiratory diseases like asthma.

The pollution caused on Diwali makes it difficult for respiratory patients. In such a situation, it is important to include some yoga in your routine. Although this yoga is done at home, it is better.

Asthma patients should practice Kapalbhati Pranayama every day. So that problems related to the breath do not surround them. So let's know the right way to do Kapalbhati Pranayama.

How to do this posture

To perform Kapalabhati Pranayama, sit down in Siddhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana and place your palms on your knees. Hold the knees with the help of your palms and keep the body very straight. Now using your full capacity, take a little deeper breath than usual and inflate your chest.

After this, pull the stomach inward, leaving the breath with a jerk. As soon as you leave your abdominal muscles loose, the breath automatically reaches the lungs. While doing Kapalabhati Pranayama, keep in mind that the air taken by you comes out in one stroke.

Benefits of Kapalbhati Pranayama

Kapalbhati also helps to calm mental disorders by calming them down. As if leaving the breath, it seems that all the negative things are coming out of the mind. Kapalabhati Pranayama helps in removing toxins from the body.

Performing this pranayama increases the sportsmanship inside the players. Asthma patients get a lot of relief by doing this pranayama. It also cures dark circles under the eyes. By doing Kapalabhati Pranayama, metabolism increases and weight starts to decrease.

There are more advantages

  • By doing Kapalabhati Pranayama, dark circles under the eyes are cured.
  • All diseases related to teeth and hair are overcome by doing this pranayama.
  • By doing this pranayama, the stomach related problems like constipation, gas, acidity are also overcome.
  • Kapalbhati Pranayama cleanses the respiratory tract, thereby eliminating respiratory diseases.
  • This pranayama purifies the sinuses and helps to activate the brain.

Precautions in doing pranayama

You must also take some precautions while performing Kapalabhati Pranayama. This pranayama is related to the mind, not the body. If you do this pranayama in wrong ways, then neurological problems and heart related diseases can occur.

The Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav

The Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav, who is going to join the Kisan Yatra, was arrested by the police in Lucknow. He has been taken to Eco Garden. Earlier, when he came out of his Lucknow home to join the proposed Kisan Yatra in Kannauj, the police stopped his fleet, on which Akhilesh Yadav walked on foot. When he was prevented from proceeding, he sat on a dharna on the road, on which the police arrested him for violation of section 144.

At the same time, the police lathi-charged them to control the SP workers protesting on the issue of farmers. SP workers arrived at the party office on Vikramaditya Marg in Lucknow to protest. Explain that after Akhilesh Yadav gave a call for Kisan Yatra on Sunday, a heavy police force was deployed on Vikramaditya Marg on Monday morning itself. Despite this, SP workers arrived for the demonstration. SP activists also demonstrated in different districts of the state on which they have been taken into custody by the police.

Akhilesh Yadav told the media

Akhilesh Yadav told the media that BJP had talked about doubling the income of farmers by 2022 but now they are weakening them by bringing agricultural laws. Akhilesh said that we are also ready to go to jail. These agricultural laws will confiscate the lands of the farmers and ruin the farmers. Before this, three legislative council members Udayveer Singh, Rajpal Kashyap and Ashu Malik, who reached the SP office, were taken into custody by the police.

Actually, the fire of the peasant movement has spread throughout the country. More than 12 political parties in the country have supported the farmers who have been protesting for several days demanding the repeal of the three agricultural laws brought by the Center in Delhi. The government's five-round talks with farmers have been inconclusive, on which the farmers have announced a Bharat Bandh from December 8.

Akhilesh Yadav was going to march the farmers in Kannauj but the administration did not give permission. District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Mishra said that the corona virus is not yet eradicated, therefore mobilization cannot be allowed under any circumstances.

A letter has been conveyed to the SP chief. The administration says that action will be taken if the crowd still gathers.

UP police instructed not to be strict with farmers

In view of the Bharat Bandh called on 8 December, the police officers have been instructed not to be strict with the farmers. They have been told that nowhere should there be any conflict with the farmers. Additional forces are being made available for the Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar and adjoining districts adjoining Delhi from the DGP headquarters level.

Farmers from other states can also travel to Delhi via UP. In such a situation, districts bordering Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand have also been instructed to take extra vigilance. For this, along with special vigilance, intelligence has been asked to strengthen further.

Both routes have been closed for Noida-Delhi traffic till further orders. The farmers have come with all the arrangements including one month's ration as well as clothes and quilts.

At night, the farmers made food and camped there, demanding temporary toilets and water etc. from the police.

Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh says that the central government has enacted three agricultural laws and has not prescribed the MSP. They support the agitation of the farmers against it and till they will not be allowed to go to Parliament, they will remain sitting on the shout border. Farmer leader Mahendra Singh Chauroli says that the government did not implement the MSP in the interest of farmers, which the farmers are opposing and the strike will continue till the demands are met.

Covid-19 Vaccine in Chennai

The central government said on Tuesday that there was no need to stop the trial in view of the initial findings regarding the alleged difficulties faced by a participant who was participating in the trial of Oxford University's Covid-19 vaccine in Chennai.

The Center said it was for the drug regulator to find out if there was any correlation between the incident and the experiment. On allegations of 'untoward medical incident' in the Serum Institute trial, the government said that it would not have any effect on the timeframe for vaccine manufacture.

In the third phase of the 'Kovishield' vaccine trial in Chennai, a 40-year-old man complained of serious side effects, including nervous system dysfunction and cognitive problems. It has also sought a compensation of Rs five crore from the Serum Institute of India (SII) and others, besides seeking to halt the trial.

However, SII on Sunday dismissed the allegations as 'malicious and false' and said it would seek compensation of Rs 100 crore.

ICMR Director General Balaram Bhargava Said

ICMR Director General Balaram Bhargava said that 'unpleasant medical events' occur in drugs or vaccines or other health experiments. He said, "If there is a need for hospitalization due to some unpleasant medical incident, then it is called a serious unpleasant incident. It is the role of the drug regulator to gather all the data to decide whether or not there is a connection between the incident and use. '

"It is the work of DGCI to ascertain or deny the relationship and all the letters related to the five standards have been assigned to them for review," he said, adding that it is done purely on scientific basis and the assessment is quite objective. These tests should not be stopped on the basis of the basis of the findings and the assessment of the initial untoward incident.

Meanwhile, the Union Health Ministry Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said in response to a question, "The untoward medical incident will not have any adverse effect on the deadline in any way." Bhushan said he does not want to comment on the specifics of the case.

But it has been observed that most of the debates on the untoward medical incident in the media are based on insufficient information and facts. When the test begins, those who are tested are given complete information and signed a consent form. It happens globally.

Bhushan said that in the prior consent Letter

Bhushan said that in the prior consent letter, the person is informed about the possible untoward incident. He said that if a person understands the consequences of the information given on the prior consent letter then he signs it.

He said that an unsigned person cannot participate in clinical trials. He said that if an unpleasant medical incident occurs during the test, the Ethics Committee takes cognizance of it and informs the Director General of Drugs of India (DGCI) about the incident within 30 days.

The DGCI investigates whether there is a connection between the vaccine and the untoward medical incident and they then allow the next step. Currently, the trial of SII vaccine is in the third phase after all the investigations and after all the investigation, the clinical trial of Bharat Biotech is also in the third phase.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Pune on Saturday to review the development work of the corona virus vaccine. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said that the purpose of the day-long visit was to gain insight into aspects such as challenges, preparedness and roadmap in India's efforts in immunization of citizens.

Modi began his tour with a visit to the plant of pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila near Ahmedabad. Modi tweeted, 'Visited the Zydus Biotech Park in Ahmedabad and learned more about the DNA based indigenous vaccine being developed by Zydus Cadila. I commended the team for their efforts in this task. The Indian government is actively working with them to support them in this journey.

The Prime Minister reviewed the vaccine development process at the research center located in Changodar Industrial Area of Zydus Cadila, about 20 km from Ahmedabad. During this time Modi was wearing PPE kit. An official said that the Prime Minister reached Ahmedabad Airport from Delhi at around nine o'clock, from where he went to the plant of Zydus Cadila. He spoke to the promoters and officials of the company there.

It is noteworthy that Zydus Cadila has developed a potential vaccine against Kovid-19 called Zykov-D, whose first phase of clinical trials has been completed. The company started the second phase of testing in August. According to an official, company officials gave detailed information about the vaccine development work in the plant to Modi. They were informed about the vaccine production process. The Prime Minister interacted with scientists and people associated with the development of the vaccine.

Zydus Cadila Chairman Pankaj Patel recently said that the company aims to complete the vaccine trial by March 2021 and it can produce up to 100 million doses in a year. Modi stayed in the plant for about an hour. He then left for the airport and left for Hyderabad at 11.40 am. Modi arrived at Hakimpet Air Force Airport near Hyderabad around 1 pm.
